'Ntolerance is a one-stop-shop for a wide range of specialty foods, including: gluten, wheat, dairy, egg, soy and nut free products. Non GM and organic foods also available.
Business owner Heather Faulkner is a Registered Nurse who has first hand experience living with food allergies and intolerances as she has Coeliac Disease and a dairy intolerance.
Heather is available to discuss dietary requirements, requests and queries. She will endeavour to source products if they are not readily available.

“Spoilt For Choice” baker and owner Ros Campbell has multiple food allergies including wheat and anaphylaxis to dairy and peanuts. She understands the needs of people coping with allergies & has a wealth of experience & information to share. Ros is also the co-author of “The NZ Food Allergy Cookbook”.
Sarah Armstrong advises clients how to prepare and cook healthy alternatives to wheat and dairy. Sarah herself is dairy and gluten intolerant and now teaches cooking skills in her home as well as her clients’ kitchens. She is actively promoting healthy eating to children and encourages parents and caregivers to teach basic cooking skills from an early age.
